Anyone KNow OF A Dog That Needs a Home?

my BF wants a small dog but doesnt want to look for a breeder. she doesnt really know all about that kind of stuff.
She said she'd rather if one just fell into her lap.
she is AMAZING with my dogs (she visited daily for several hours at a time when we were in vegas playing wiht our mangy mutts)
anyway, so she'd rather give a homeless dog a home. she said she'd like to save a puppymill dog....

but anyway, so she saying again today that she'd really like a small dog.
well.... she has been such a help to me and my dog line and i'd really like to get her one.
i know giving dogs as gifts isnt a good idea, but in this circumstance its fine.
she actually asked me to help her find one.

i know exactly the kind of dog she needs....
SO... i was just woindering if anyone knew of a doggy that may be in need of a home???
