Linens and Things, Sears and JC Penney.
JC Penney has an especially big online selection. They came super-fast too.

You could try Bed bath & beyond at least you could use the 20% coupon. I know they have a section in their store.

I got a good buy on my dupioni silk curtains (lined) from The Company Store. (Regularly $84 a panel, on sale for $35.)
I got my kitchen curtains at the pottery barn outlet in Riverhead.

We got our vertical blinds at Home Depot and curtains from Marburn and K-Mart (Martha Stewart).

Mostly Marburn curtains. Home goods for a couple. Home Depot for blinds. And I made a set of valances out of spare matching bed skirts I found on clearance using stitch witchery and a iron.
