I had a 4D at Perinatal Associates in Mineola. I don't know any prices b/c I didn't specifically ask for it, the technician just gave us the pics along with the normal ones.

We went to Nassau Radiology in Garden City. I had to get a prescription, I also had my level II done their so when I made the appointment I requested a 3D and they made me an appointment with one of the Dr.'s that adminster's them because not all do. It was covered by my insurance company so I dont know how much it was.
