I don't know how original it is, but I got mine at Babies R Us. It has a Noah's Ark theme. I saw some cute ones at Target also.

I got mine at BRU and it was the alphabet book by C.R. Gibson. I like it because it's a looseleaf binder so you can add photo pages or scrapbook pages.
