proud of myself
this week, i decided it was time to do something about the fact that i'm still unhappy with my weight.....so i actually worked out 3 times (which is a huge deal for me) and ate better...
and i lost 1.5 pounds!!!!
i'm hoping to join weight watchers next month......but i wanted to see what i could do on my own, and i'm pretty pleased!

lost another 1/2 pound this week...not an amazing loss...but i didn't work out as much as i did last week, so i was expecting it.
so that's 2 pounds in 2 weeks.

that's 3 total in 3 weeks!!!!
