From today's page six in the Post
LINDSAY Lohan sure must have had an action-packed New Year's Eve weekend. After she was admitted to Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Monday night for an "asthma attack," the hard-partying hottie was visited by a female friend bearing a clear plastic bag full of goodies. A picture of the bag seen by PAGE SIX shows that the friend brought Lohan a pregnancy test in addition to playing cards, mouthwash, Coke and a box of Cocoa Puffs. Here's hoping Lohan, 19 - who admitted to Vanity Fair that she's dabbled with drugs and bulimia - is not with child.
It's the post so who knows how true this is.

well, just b/c she has a pg test in her possession doesn't mean she's pregnant.
This could also be somthing the friend bought withouth Lindsey's knowing. As a joke, or a "just in case"
