I take Citracal and take them right before bed so I don't feel sick.

I take Stuart (purple box). Don't get nascous as long as I eat first. I buy them in Walgreens.

I just started an over theo counter Pre-Natal....called Rainbow (something or other)
I basically stood in the Vitamin isle comparing the amounts of vitamins in each pill...I went with the one that had the most folic acid and iron.

I take StuartNatal Duet by prescription. It is 2 pills that u can take alone or together whenever. I love them ! I never got sick and my Ob/Gyn says they are really her first choice. Hope this helps!

I used the GNC pre-natals and never had any issue, plus I didn't need an Rx for them.
