These Baby Stores Disgust Me Sometimes...
I just bought a bottle warmer from Babies R Us.
Well, I get home & open it-
TOTALLY USED!
It had someone's black hair on it!
I could see the sponge marks where it was wiped down (it looks like the sponge had food on it too ), and there are dirt marks all over it!
It's nice to know what you can get away with when returning there, but what I'm really pi$$ed about is that the store didn't check it out & decide NOT to sell it to another family! This baby stuff is supposed to be CLEAN!!!!!!!
Sorry, just had to vent.
Guess I'll have to make yet ANOTHER trip back to BRU!

That's so gross! Who does that? I have a few things in the closet that we only used a few times and decided we didn't really need, but I didn't feel comfortable returning. Figured I could lend them to friends/family as they had kids.

That's disgusting.... I hope you give them HE!!.
It's nice to know that they have liberal policy bc sometimes you just loose the receipt or get a gift you can't use. It's a shame that they can't take the time to verify if something is used or defective.

I bought a coffeemaker for a friend's bridal shower too. I opened it up to do a display with a starbucks gift card & mugs....good thing I did - that was used too! I was furious!

I HATE it too, I'm usually the sucker ending up buying the returned stuff, so I know.
A friend of mine bought Diaper Genie, and you guessed it, could tell it was used!

BRU is notorious for reselling opened items. I had to bring back so many safety gates because al the hardware was missing.

So gross! I know what u mean about BRU though, i bought a toy for Jacob, got home, opened the box only to find it had been returned and pieces were missing! I hate them sometimes!

I stopped shopping at BRU when I bought my exersaucer there. It was clearly used, dirty, and had spit up on it!!!!!!!!!!
