Both in & out of the shower - reasons are I tend to brush longer & it saves time for me in the shower.

Usually in the shower.. I dont know why I just always have..but thats only when I'm showering in the AM, I brush them outside over the sink at night and stuff

I never thought to brush my teeth in the shower. Hmmm it might save me some time in the morning. But, knowing me I'd be forgetting to bring my toothbrush with me in the shower and then I'd waste time getting my toothbrush and before you know it I wouldn't be saving myself any time at all in the morning. So, I guess I'll just brush them at the bathroom sink as usual.
