What does it feel like when.......

the baby flips positions. My doctor said the baby was in the right position. I was just sitting at my desk and the baby did this really wierd movement and I got a really sharp pain. Now I am afraid it flipped and went breech! I am waiting for it to kick again so I can see if the feet are in the same spot but it hasn't kicked since.

I was drinking a cup of coffee because I can't keep my eyes open anymore. Do you think that had something to do with it?

I know exactly the day that my DD switched positions and went head down. I didn't know that was it at the time, but it was in the middle of the night and it felt like ALOT of movement all over my belly. It <kind of> hurt a bit, but nothing that was alarming at all. If I think about it, and imagine what she was doing, I can really "see" her turning herself all the way around. HTH.

When are you due?
When Ava flipped to be breech, it was VERY VERY VERY painful. Painful to the point that I could not move. I even posted that day about what pain I was in. It was the day I had my work shower and had to crawl up the stairs at work on my hands and knees. I didn't know it then that that was what was happening, but I knew a few days later that's what it was.

I am due Oct. 5th. I am 33 weeks. I don't think it flipped. (I hate saying it) The baby has moved since but no good kicks. But I think a foot was sticking out before in the same spot it used to.

My dr. told me that at that point in the pregnancy, around 32-35 weeks, the baby can still flip all around becuase there's enough room. So I wouldn't worry, the baby will get into position when it's time.
