Lake George....what to do when we go?!!!!
So we are headed to Lake George soon (staying in Warrensburg at the Cornerstone Victorian!!!) an dI want to know some things / places to do and go!! I.E. dinner, fishing & fun stuff!!

Havent been since I was like 21 but I will find out where we used to hang out. We went every 4th of July for like 6-7 years and it was a BLAST. There are a millions bars/places to eat, fun things to do..

I haven't been there in years. We used to go all the time when we were in college.
All I can tell you is, if you stay at the (Stark's) Mohegan Motel and you accidentally put a hole in the wall and don't tell them when you check out, expect to be arrested  or so I've heard

It's also been a few years since I've gone. There is plenty to do - renting a boat, wave runners, shopping at the local stores (tons of 'em) so many places to eat, horse and buggy ride just to name a few.

we go there every year
they have an awesome waterpark and mini golf(Gooney golf is the best)
they also have an Amusement Park called Great Escape

Use to go every year as a kid for a week in the summer. Havent been there in a few years DH and I and my brother and my SIL went awhile back. Only thing I can reccommend that I crave all the time is THE LONE BULL breakfasts.. YOu can also do the Minnie Ha Ha I love that too It;s a steamboat that tours some of the lake, they also have dinner cruises as well, which are also nice!

so much fun! u HAFTA rent a boat, i loved that!! and go horseback riding, and im not sure if the great escape adventure park is there buts still fun

Lake George is awesome! I went 2X in one summer, cant wait to get back. Luvsbob is there now! (Yes, im jealous)!
We did:
The Mini HaHa (cruise on the lake)

Eat At:
A&W RootBeer (The food is great and The shakes are unbelievable)
There is also a drive in movie (we didnt get a chance to go).
Mini golf

You will find plenty to do.
Oh, and fair shares of bars too.

I think you covered it all!!!  I was there last summer and had a great time! You will too!!! Oh and one more thing- you can spend a while shopping - there is a long strip of really cute stores right across from where the lake and bars and restaurants are.

I dont remember much from Lake George other than I enjoyed it as a child.
I dont know why but a fun boardwalk with a spooky haunted house with Frankstein standing outside trying to scare ppl comes to mind. lol

We go every year and bring up all our jet skis (3) and have a crazy time! It's exhilirating to ski on fresh water! Rent one for a bit!

take a ride down to saratoga (about 1/2 an hour) and play the ponies at the track and then go to Ciro's for some clams and live music!

We stayed at the Cornerstone Victorian 2 years ago and LOVED it! It is the best B&B we have been too. The gourmet breakfasts are amazing and the innkeepers are very nice!

We took a dinner cruise on the lake. The cruise was good, fun, the food was ok, but you do it more for the experience.
We went white water rafting. Which was soo much fun! We definately want to go back and do that again.
At night there were two breweries that we would sit outside have a few beers and listen to the live music, it was great.
We also went jetskiing, walked around the town/shops, saw fireworks, and played mini-golf.
We had a great time! ENJOY

Thanks everyone!! Jet skiing is a must!! (I hope they rent them!!) We did that in the bahamas & LOVED it!! The breweries sound like a relaxing night too!! And maybe we will ( OK.... I really mean me....) be brave enough for white water rafting! Someone else I know suggested kayaking on the Hudson! And Saratoga sounds like SO MUCH fun!!
