I had a glass of wine here or there while I was BF, I did it right after she nursed so it had a while to get out of my system... I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you don't get tanked!

Absolutely, it's fine! I did the same while breast fed occasionally. I nursed first then had a glass. It's perfectly fine, you'll doctor will even tell you so. Enjoy!

Depends on your comfort level. If you nurse right when you come home there will be a small amount of alcohol in the breast milk. Unlikely it would cause harm, but I've never been comfortable with that myself... I'm on the ultra-conservative side though.

My GFs who drink and BF say they pump and dump for a certain amount of time after they've had wine. How long depends on how much they had.

my friend had problems with her milk supply and BF- her doc told her to have a class of wine to relax and that her milk would come easier then- and it did and it was fine...

No need to pump and dump, just wait 2 hrs befire feeds, the alcohol leaves your body just as it leaves your blood, it diminishes, pumping is ot necessary unless you are totally bombed and need to BF. That stuff is way too priceless to dump!
