I think the patient diagnosis section is extremely telling. I also want to point out that although a clinic may be in NYC they often have sattelite offices. So although your transfer, and retrieval may have to be done in NYC...monitoring can be done else where.

For instance, I met with Dr. Spandorfer (Cornell), in Flushing Queens. I believe one of the Cornell doctors has an office in hewlett or woodmere (one of the five towns).
