Dear Aunt Flo UPDATED
It's not that I dont appreciate you and your loyalty - always showing up when I REALLY WANTED you to, answering my prayers and letting me know that you hadnt forgotten me. Sure you bring cramps and bloating, but all in all, our relationship has always been pretty great.
But here's the thing. I need some space. It's not you Flo, It's me. I need you to go away - take a vacation, take a breather, heck - take a cruise. I'm sure there are plenty of women who look forward to your visits every month, and maybe you should just spend more time with them than with me and the other TTC girls.
It's not like I want you out of my life forever. We can catch up at a later date.
I know you were planning on stopping by for a few days on the 28th but I think it would be best if you just didnt show up, ok?

I'm completely in shock. I kept using the ladies room at work today, convinced that AF was coming - and nothing. Came home and figured "what the heck - I have an extra test." Got a second line - will test again in the morning - but I spoke with my Dr and I'm seeing him on Thursday.
I think my eyes almost fell out of my head when I looked at the test!
