yes, I've used a few of them. Most(or the ones I have used anyway) are $25 off of $35 minimum for dinner. some have restrictions like no early bird, etc...
These are often being sold on ebay for $10 but ya just wait to get em off the site when they run the savings codes.

I have a question though - it is hard to use as gifts right? they are printed from computer and have some rules about using them...looks cheesy right?
Gee, can't save a buck, this would've been nice for some gifts, we have a list of 17 people !!

How do you figure? Most of the places I was looking at were selling $25 GC for $10, so with the 60% off it would be $4, and most required a $35 bill. So it would be $14 for a $35 meal. Not bad!
