School interview question
Typically, how long does it take for a principal to get back to a candidate if they got the job? This is a private school not a district.

I was hired in the summer and I was called the next day to schedule a demo(summer school) and a week later to say I had the job. Considering school starts soon, it should be pretty quick.

Ok so I called...
I told the secretary that I was calling to f/u on my interview and was wondering if the principal was still in the decision making process. She said "Yes, she has made a decision and I mailed out my letters today". I take that to mean, I didn't get it and she was mailing me a rejection letter. Or (reaching here) maybe she did pick me but the secretary couldn't tell me over the phone - LOL. Nah.
