Question about labor/effacement etc..
For the ladies that are dialacted and effaced - did you lose your mucus plug already? When did you lose it?
Could you be dialacted and not lose your plug?
I haven't had any spotting as of yet - but im confused as to what happens first......

I haven't lost it yet and I'm 2cm 90% effaced. I heard that once you loose it labor starts w/in 24 hours.

I lost my plug a week and a half ago and nothing until yesturday. They told me it can regenerate itself.

I was pretty sure that I lost mine over a week and a half ago. As of Monday of this week I was only 1cm dilated and 50% effaced. My dr said he thinks I'll be late, so I don't know how much you can predict from losing it.
