Low Carb Snacks
I need some snack ideas. I had a red pepper and a few cashews...but I would love something sweet at night too...

Re: Low Carb Snacks
Trader Joe's has really good Fat free black bean dip. Sometimes I spread a little on a low carb wrap and microwave it for 10 seconds. It's pretty good! You could also add a little shredded cheese.

Once in a while I make mini-cheesecakes following the philly cream cheese 3 step recipe and substituting spenda for the sugar, no crust of course.
Dannons LC yogurts have 3 carbs for the vanilla ones. They have 3 other flavors with fruit.
Cubed cheddar cheese with pepperoni
DH likes salami rolled with cream cheese
On LC boards, I hear of people whipping heavy cream or cream cheese with splenda I have never done it though.

Re: Low Carb Snacks
I love the WW desserts, and also Skinny Cow flying saucers..... I love ice cream and sweets so... Sometimes I make fat-free pudding and sprinkle a choc. graham cracker on the bottom and spray ff reddi whip on top - LOOKS decadent but it isn't!!
