Perineal Massage anyone?
Has anyone done this and do you think it helped? or anyone planning on doing it?

we didn't do it BUT a friend of mine SWEARS by it. She did it with her first 2 (she's expecting her 3rd) and NO TEARING AND NO CUTTING!!!
it was recommended to use baby oil with the massage as well.

I didn't do it but I know my midwife did during delivery and I think used mineral oil or something down below. I had a very very minor tear which I totally didn't feel.
