Best Prenatal Vitamins
what are best prenatal vitamins?? I am not pregnant yet but would like to start taking them...

I take Prenate Elite. I love them. Its the only one that doesn't make me sick

I take the Duet DHA. They have an extra pill that contains the omega fatty acids -- for brain and eye development. They have never made me sick. I've always taken them before bed so if they make me a little sick, I wouldn't know it.

I used to take the Target Brand. They never made me sick at all. I used to take them before I got pregnant too.

I also take Prenate Elite. I also love them. You can take them anytime and with or without food and you don't feel sick. They are a prescription though. I've been taking them for almost 2 years now. When I was PG, for the first year since I was BF, and I haven't stopped taking them since I don't know when we'll start TTC again. Good luck!

I take CVS brand prenatals and I have ZERO side effects plus they are only 7.99 for 100 pills.

I take Duet DHA as well. I take them in the morning and they do not make me sick at all.

My doctor told me to just take a regular multivitamin while I was TTC. (I took Centrum). Once I was pregnant, I went on perscription prenatals plus extra folic acid.

I was taking Walgreens brand but there was not enough Folic Acid in them and they really made me sick. I know take Natelle-ez which is easy on your stomach and has an great coating that makes it easy to swallow.
