Dr. Brown's bottles
Has anybody tried the regular versus the wide neck? I've read that the wide neck are supposed to mimick the breast more, so they are better for switching between breast & bottle, but what about the regular ones? Has anybody tried both and found that one had an advantage to the other?

I didn't try both but I use the wide neck and my SIL uses the regular ones. Neither my SIL or I breast fed and we are both happy with our choice in bottles.

Re: Dr. Brown's bottles
I BF for the first month, and use both... Ryan had no problem with either one... I myself, like the standard better....it just fits nicely into the diaper bag pockets and stuff...

I BFd and we tried both. My son doesn't latch on well to the regular ones but he's fine with the wideneck.

Re: Dr. Brown's bottles
We use the regular because I had a starter kit and she's had no problem going to from bottle to breast. It is very important to establish a good latch and BFing pattern first IMO before using a bottle or pacifier.

I use the wide neck bottles. I did buy a few standard ones and Jacob seemed to not be too fond of the nipple. Dont know if i was imagining it, but since then i went back to the wide ones.
