Went a Little Crazy at B&N Last Night
I try, I really do try, to get my books from the library. But I had an itch yesterday and HAD to go to Barnes and Noble (the fact that they sent me a coupon didn't help matters  ). I came home with four books   Put me in a clothing store, a food store, an anything-else-store and I can walk out with nothing without much of a fight.
Send me to Barnes and Noble and I have to apply for a loan for all of the stuff I want

The Bell Jar is one of my favorites! I always spend a small fortune in Barnes and Noble as well!

I imposed a book moratorium on myself. I have way too many and have to read some of the ones I already own before buying more. The Jodi Piccoult books look good, I haven't read her yet. Do you like her?

Love her, just started reading her about 2 mos ago. I finished one book in 2 days and the other I stayed up until 2:30AM to finish. I just finished Salem Falls - it was good but not like the other two (The Pact and My Sister's Keeper). I gave those two to my mom and she called to yell at me that she didn't get to be until after 1 on a work night because she couldn't put it down  . They're fairly quick reads but not fluff - concentrate a lot on interpersonal relationships and she seems to hit the nail on the head more often than not.

Ahhhh the Bell Jar is one of my favorites too!!!! I wrote my senior thesis (in HS!) on suicide and that was my book!
