Executive Administrative Assistant Position (NYC)
Background: Managing Director and Divisional CAO require an Executive Assistant to support a large and diverse team in a division of 550 members, globally.
Duties
Support a managing director and staff for Executive level meeting planning, schedule management, and expense reports.
Plan calendars on a day to day basis and provide back up support to the Divisional CAO, as well as other senior level managers in the group.
Provide finance processing support, and Project office support, time tracking, and weekly consultant and vendor billing in an efficient and timely manner.
Take direction from Divisional CAO and have the initiative to carry through without a lot of supervision or intervention
Requirements
Mature
Flexible - Works well with multiple/shifting priorities
5+ years professional experience supporting Senior Management (Managing Director Level) and other executives on the team, preferably in the Investment Banking, Technology and/or other related fields.
Commitment and interest in an Executive Administrative role. Must be enthusiastic about the Executive Administrative Field.
High energy
Good follow-through skills and high aptitude for learning and navigating the internal systems/processes for getting things done
Team oriented as the work is not all admin (finance support, BEN support, support to directs)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent
Salary: 60K with OT & Bonus

I just sent this to my DH. He is a Senior Manager at Morgan Stanley and has been there for 14 years. It might have NOTHING to do with what he does, I have no clue about the corporate world. If he seems interested, can I FM you?

It's an Adminstrative Assistant position, I'm 99.9% sure they're not the same positions.
