Chicken Salad
How does everyone make their chicken salad? (The one with the mayo, not the one with the lettuce  ) TIA!

i just dice up some cooked chicken, diced celery, mayo, salt and pepper...
thats it!

I do the same, add red onion and sometimes sliced almonds too.

I take usually leftover chicken and put it in the food processor. I add a little mayo and I'm good to go!

lol...we really cheat sometimes, we buy canned chicken breast (its a good stand by for a lst minute quick throw together) at bjs in like a 4 or 5 can pack and then mix with mayo, salt, pepper and whatever else we want....
