I have 2 specific food questions rice & beans and YoBaby yogurt

has anyone found that the YoBaby constipates their baby? DD was doing 2-3 dirty diapers a day...we start yogurt (usually she'll take 1/2 of one) every other day or so and we're down to 1 a day, sometimes 2.

Rice & Beans:

how do you prepare it? I bought the Gerber Graduate one and she didn't seem to like it, but the texture was very sticky.

I didn't notice that with the yogurt for us. Are you buying the one with cereal in it?

For beans, I've just been using canned black beans which she'll eat at room temperature or I heat up for a very little while in the microwave.

It could just be that dairy is constipating to her.

I make rice and beans all the time, I use regular old kidney beans, cook them in a boil for about 1 hr (in broth and seasoning) so they are really mushy and then I take the skin off of them and take the inside of the bean which is really mushy and my son LOVES it!!!!
