How are we doing on the TTC Weight Loss Program??
I went to WW last night....lost 2.6!! So I am FINALLY down 1.4 from before the m/c. NOW....gotta keep MOTIVATED.
Anyone else??

Deb - 7 lbs is fantastic! And Kara - AWESOME!
Boosh already knows I think she is awesome, but I will repeat it 
Well last week I really got back on the wagon seriously with my eating & exercising. As of last weekends weigh-in I lost 3 pounds (yeah not much but for me this is HUGE )
I only weight myself 1x a week so I'm hoping for at least 1 more lb down this Saturday  I'll take slow and steady as long as the scale stays the same or goes down

It IS hard..... I fight for every friggin ounce!! And I have so far to go. But I try not to think about how much I have left to lose, otherwise I will get discouraged.
There is a girl at my meeting who has lost 47 lbs. She is getting married next year - she's so cute - I am really rooting for her! Yesterday she was saying how she is not motivated and I felt bad - I take my 2 lb. weights when I go walking and think how much I HAVE lost....and they get heavy after a mile or so!!

Im so weak.
I have't stuck to it at all. But I did start up again this week. I gave myself my birthday as a goal to lose at least 10 lbs. So I'm really going to try!
Congrats to all the ladies who have lost weight!!

Between my doctor drama and my birthday, I'm waaaaay off the wagon.
We're going to Florida for a week on Sunday, and I know I won't be good there either.
So June 19th I'm getting back on the wagon and going to be more sensible!!

gotta set small goals and not concentrate on the big picture
