Crest White Strips
OMG, these things are nasty! Has anyone used them. I can't believe I have to keep these in my mouth for 30 minutes

I am done, Thank goodness. I can't tell but it was only day 1. So we will see in 14 days.

oooo - helpful tip.
Go to the store and buy ACT Flouride rinse.
Use it at night, before you go to bed. (Swish in mouth, spit, DON'T RINSE)
It helps A LOT with the sensitivity! I started to feel sensitivity around day 5 or 6.
