apartment dilema..need advicce
So i think we found an apartment. Its a second floor two family house in Whitestone nice area, nice landlord( young couple) its 2 bedrooms with like a room off teh living room that we will use as a den /computer room.Kitcen is BRAND NEW ( stainless tell EVERYTYING) counters are granite , but its not big like not an eat in. BUT We have huge dining room and nice size living room. Bedrooms are not big( I will have to rearrange my furniture so that i cant have the 2 end table on either side of teh bed and me being OCD thast drives me NUTS LOL.( there is a wall i could fit it but due to the fact i have to put my ac in the window it woudlnt work out) A door in our bedroom leads to a little deck
( no stairs so its ours but again, small)Brand new bathroom,GEORGEOUS.luckily we have to buy Living room furniture9 we dont have any) but due to the way its set up there are so many windows and so many archways we are thinking it would be awkward to arrange furniture. Doable but awkward
Now i know its only renting i really like it but i do have reservation like about furniture and stuff but.. its near my mom, we have parking spce in the driveway and backyeard use with teh bay they said
THOUGHT?ADVICE?

Noel - go for it! I know you're concerned about the furniture - but it's not forever, and the pros you listed outweigh the cons, imo!!

That sounds like an awesome apartment. My friend is currently looking around certain parts of Queens and having a hard time. I say take it!

Thanks for correcting the city...when I first read it, I was  .
I say go for it too. Good apartments are always hard to find. Storage places are much easier.

it sounds great.
we have a weird shaped living room too- we just moved.
but it's really nice and it's excellent to have the space.
