New Mommies
Anyone thinking about when they are having their next baby? My DS is almost 10 weeks and my friend and I were discussing it last night. I am thinking I want to try again this time next year- It was such a wierd thing to think about being that I can't handle the first

Me and DH talked about it. He would like another baby right away.. meaning we try right now.. I told him to get over himself because that is NOT happening. We are thinking we would like another baby to be here once Ryan is potty trained.. so we will maybe try in another 3 years.

I told DH, I want Bella to be like 3-4 years old when we TTC again...I just couldn't handle two children, my career, and the cost of daycare if they were closer together...plus I REALLY want to enjoy them...
I am 28, so maybe when I am 32...

We were going to wait a while but I'm "getting on in years...LOL" (35 now) so we'll be starting to try for #2 in the Spring. (I must be out of my mind!)

I had originally said we would try for #2 when Joseph is 1 so they'd be a little less than 2 years apart. Well, let me tell you - after 5 months straight of no sleep and a little boy who keeps me on my toes every minute of the day already ...I think we'll wait MUCH longer than that!

At first my plan was when Miranda was 1 but now I have decided I want to wait until she is 2. I just really want to enjoy my time with her and since she wasn't an easy baby I don't want her to feel slighted if I have another baby that is difficult and needs lots of extra attention.

I would like another one someday, my DH says no more... but whatever he talks in the moment when Jacob is crying..
I say when Jacob can wipe his own hiney.. then we'll try for another..

When I got pregnant we were thinking 3-4 years from now. However after seeing my sisters baby this week after she was born it really makes me miss that tiny little lump baby....when they just lay there and you just watch them sleep. It's so insane because Emily is only 5 months -- and certainly we aren't in the financial situation to have two babies right now, especial with daycare, but I really wish I could just turn into a baby machine, as sad as that may sound to some of you -- I just love this mommy stuff!

I was scared we may be having another sooner than anticipated, but I took a test last night and it was negative (thank god!). DH wants to start trying again in the summer... I have my doubts.

I plan to go off the pill the end of the summer of 07' (right before RJ's 2nd b-day) so they'll be just about 3 yrs apart....
I too want him to be potty trained, and somewhat self sufficient... (like can walk, and feed him self...etc...)
Now- if for some odd reason something falls through with our plan to be in a house by then...it might get pushed off a little bit longer....
