How long do/did you plan to keep up your child's nursery wall letters?

My son is 15 months. We are most likely moving in the next couple of months. I was thinking that his nursery wall letters might be a bit babyish for his next room.

How long do you plan to keep them up?

I will keep them up forever too, I made them and they have red stitching on them like baseballs, so they are not babyish.

I plan on keeping my DD's up until she tells me she doesn't want them up anymore

I painted her pink and purple and put sequin flowers on them, I hope she likes them and they can grow with her

My dd is almost 5 and hers are still up. My ds (almost 7) has letters up but they are not the original ones.

That's a good question. My Dh says that when we move, we may not put up that framed poster with his name on it...that made me sad...
