Spotting: Does it count as Day 1 of your cycle?
Or is day one heavy flow? Sorry, I know it's kind of a gross question.

I count it as day 1 but my Clearblue easy dital monitor makes me wait until the following day for day1.

Day one is considered first day of full bleeding, not spotting.

I have read from more than one source that day 1 is first full flow day.
