Which bottles do you prefer or is there really no difference?

There is a difference, especially if you will also be breastfeeding. Breastfed babies prefer wide neck.

Same with mine... I suppliment using the narrow bottle.

Although I did not use the wide neck Dr. Brown's, I did try the wide neck Advent and found they were bulky and annoying to hold. I swear by the standard Dr. Brown's.
