Major PMS Biootch in the house...
anything and everything urks me 
already taking prenatals, what else should I take to help my mood?
.. not to mention my killer cramps.. times like this I actually MISS being on BCP

sorry you're feeling this way!
I'm on week two of pre-natals and it's my first month off BC - I'm dreading the return of cramps.
When I got cramps, I used to pop extra strength midol like candy, and it helped.

Sorry to hear that - I hate PMS. With cramps, if you're at home sometimes sitting in yoga godess pose helps (cross legged, but not really with feet together). Also - I take 3 advil:). My dr. said up to 3 was okay, just not all the time.

I always had bad cramps and moodiness. For the cramps, I suggest Extra Strength Midol. Also, for some reason, hot tea would really help.

I usually take Motrin, some tea, and put one of those TermaCare heating pads on - I Love these! And if you can, take a nap

what I meant was.. any vitamin supplement I can take?? in additaion to the pre-natals.

My doctor also told me to take Folic Acid. 400 mcg. It is very important that you take it before you get pg and also in the first trimester of your pregnancy.
