I know we just started solids, but when do you know to go to stage 2
is it a skill mastery of swallowing?
a time/age thing?
a dr okays it thing?
Just curious since Alyson is doing so well eating with a spoon and eating her cereal thick and enjoying food

after about a month on stage 1 Emily started not seeming satisfied with stage 1 foods so we started stage 2 which is a little bit bigger.

Same here. Christopher got to a point where one stage one wasn't enough. I made sure he was okay with swallowing stage two's, of course, which he was, so we moved on to them.

when you start with stage 2 though -- i started with combinations of foods she already had first -- like banana apple pear. i waited a few more weeks before i started the ones with berries and strawberries.

Never did 1's unless I needed to introduce it for an allergy. I haven't seen much of a difference. Maybe that's just me.
