Bothered by snotty patient in midwives' office
So I was making my next appt and chatting with the receptionist and someone comes up behind me and I guess she overheard that we were chatting and stuck her head past me to ask huffily if she could pick up some papers she needed. The receptionist told her she could go to the next window and someone else could help her. The woman huffed and walked over to the other window and complained about how everyone was too busy socializing.
I am a first timer and I like talking to BTDT moms/staff members who are nice and friendly. I love the office because all of the staff is so nice.
I just can't believe how impatient people can be and how rude. She has no idea what type of business I was taking care of at the window. She heard laughing and assumed it was purely social.
Why??

I hope you at least at her! I find it easy to use the PG hormones as an excuse to be biatchy! haha. She was rude - what goes around comes around, hopefully they lost her papers!

I wish I was brave enough to tell her "I am not finished with my business yet" but I am too nice
