Re: Magic Bullet Blender

I bought it for my friend for Christmas. I bought it at Macys when it was on sale. I think I paid 45 bucks. It came with the blender and the drinking mugs. She said she loves it.

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

My dad got one for his birthday and he likes it. Just be careful because it is powerful, he left his chicken salad in for a few extra seconds and it turned into a puree!

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

I love using it to chop onions and garlic...the only complaint is that it does turn it into a puree if you ar enot careful.

Yeah...this happened to me...my chopped onions turned out to be onion soup.

But, DH loves to make his protein shakes in it.

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

I have nothing constructive to add to this thread, but when I hear "magic bullet" I always think it's something other than a blender! Chat Icon

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

I've had one for over a year. LOVE IT!

I got it from HSN.com when they were having a special, plus I used a coupon code I found with it. I think after shipping & everything, it came out to maybe $48 for 1. Just like everyone else says, be careful or else things get pureed. I made tuna salad, let it run too long and it was like fluff or something- couldn't tell it was tuna anymore Chat Icon

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

I LOVE this thing! We use it for everything like babyfood, smoothies, shakes, coffee grinder. I use it almost everyday. It's small, easy cleanup and very powerful. I recently bought another one at Kohls for $50 on sale.

Re: Magic Bullet Blender

i have it (dh asked for it for christmas, LOL) and i broke it

i think i overused the motor making hummus

if you ned a good chopper the cuisinart mini prep plus is great

also i think the magic bullet pulverizes things to quickly- it goes one step beyond chop - and it bleands it
so, if for example you wanted to chop tomatoes, the tomatoes would be liquid in two pulses

Yup, have had this happen.

I bought this for DH as an engagement gift Chat Icon We would always be up late watching the infomercial and he kept saying he wanted one. I got it in target for around $45
