I know alot of people have IL issues but....
I am close to giving birth and really they are doing nothing. I finally gave up...really...I dont care anymore. My question is this...I am so out of touch with them now and they are so not in contact with us that when they do call like yesterday...do I have to bow down to the phone calls? I am just at the end of the pregnancy...I am tired and I can't deal with the once every two month phone calls. Can I just have dh call back and leave it at that or is that going to make matters worse?

You should be concerned about your family right now and relaxing before giving birth.
Maybe with the baby coming they will change. If they don't...who cares...you have your family and that's all that should matter.

Let your husband handle the calls. You have other things to be concerned with. If they don't like it, too bad for them.

I agree. Actually I agree with having your DH deal with them for the majority of the time if you dont' like them.

This is what we do. If they call and he's home I hand him the phone, otherwise it goes to the machine and he calls them back.

I agree as well. Let him pick up the phone when caller ID shows its them........

I kind of do the same thing I say hello and hand the phone to DH or I just let him get it when I know its them
