Mortgage rates: up or down?
I know the rates have gone up recently, but in the next few months do you think they will go up, down or stay the same?

up. long term rates (5 yr and 10 yr T bills) are finally creeping up.

With this new Fed chairman they will be going up for the foreseeable future. He has a different style than Greenspan.
