Recipe of the day 8-25-06
Easy Chicken Stir Fry
1 lb chicken tenderloins or cutlets, cut into thin strips
1 small can waterchest nuts
5 carrots, peeled, then use peeler to make thin slices
3 brocolli crowns
1 tablespoon on ginger paste
1 bag of snow peas (in veggie section)
1 can of chinese mushrooms
1 bottle of kikoman stir fry sauce
Bunch of fresh bok-choy
1 bags of boil in bag white or brown rice
Put all ingredients except chicken in a large frying pan, or wok. Cook until all veggies are tender. Add chicken, increase heat while stirring frequently.
Serve over rice.
