OK- so I got out today and went apple picking upstate.
Now, what on EARTH do I do with all these apples???

I've done that 
When I was 5 my grandfather and I were amusing ourselves so I would throw apples at people. It was only family that I was throwing them at.

go to allrecipes.com and put in apples!!
I know you can make home made applesauce
baked apples
apple pie
I remember making apple cranberry bread last year that was yummy!!

I don't know what type of apples we got b/c between Dh and I we couldnt' read the map.
I guess I'll make my usual apple crumble.

nah, $5 a peck where we went- so basically- it was like $10 and we have more apples than we can ever hope to eat...
We went to Wright's Farm on 208 south in Gardiner (by New Paltz)
