Contract Signing Question...
From when you gave the deposit check + signed contract, how long did it take for the seller to sign it?
We gave a bank check for 10% + 4 copies of the signed contract to the seller's atty last Tuesday. We still have not heard a word since then and I'm getting really pi$$ed. We're losing interest on that $ (I just calculated that we've already lost $19.68 worth of interest in this past week alone). I want to call the seller's atty and take the $ back until she decides what the hell it is she wants to do!!!
(Ok, sorry - what was a question turned into a question and a vent  . But, I could use any answers you have to the question...)

OK, this is GA time so it doesn't help you, but it took the seller one business day. We signed in 12/2 and they signed on 12/5.
I hope you get a "real" answer, it's way too easy down south!

Mine took almost 2 weeks! 
The sellers lived out of state and thier attorney sent it out regular mail, not fed ex.
I totally inderstand what you are going through, but no news is good news. HAng in there, the sellers will sign it.

from offer to initial signed contract was almost a week and a half. Once they did sign and we were out of attorney review we gave them the next amount of $$. Our initial good faith put up was only 2,000 because we did not want to part with so much and loose all that interest.
