I am not positive, but I believe it is any one of their sandwiches that are on their 6 grams of fat or less menu not any sandwiche offered on their whole menu.

Re: Does the subway diet really work??

Back a few years ago I did my own version of the subway diet.

I had a regular breakfast (cereal/bagel, etc)
then had a footlong veggie sandwich with baked lays for lunch and dinner.

I also walked about 2 miles everyday.

I lost a lot of weight and kept it off for some time.

Re: Does the subway diet really work??

It's onme of the "under 6" for lunch 6 incher and a 12 inch veggie for dinner. Remebr I think it's no cheese, no condiments, anything and that's ALL you eat.

Any diet that restricts calories is going to work..even if it's ice cream

I always get their cut up chicken on whole wheat bread loaded with lettuce and lots of veggies. Their sandwhiches are very yummy although I don't eat the cold cuts

You know what, I've done it to maintain my weight. Again it's a 6 inch with no conds. My favorite is a 6" on wheat turkey with lettuce, tomato's, pickles and red onions. Sounds weird, but you don't miss the mayo.

Re: Does the subway diet really work??

Not sure about that. I know when they list the calorie count and all that it says "without conds" so I guess it depends on how strict you want to be with it. I find that having something juicy, like tomato or pickles on it takes away from the necessity of the cond.
