Painter for cheap!!! - Edited to Add pics
I had to share this with all of you because I cannot believe the deal I got.
We are looking to paint our living room/dining room/and kitchen area. We had one painter come on Sat and his estimate was 1,350. We had another painter come yesterday (that my family has used for years) - and he is charging us $$350.00. I was in shock!!! He is so reasonable - I can't believe it.
If anyone is looking for an inexpensive painter FM me and I'll give you his info. I'll take pictures of it once he's done tomorrow.

PLEASE tell us how well he does!
IMO is VERY low....almost a too good to be true!

I actually used him once before for my bedroom in an apartment I was renting. He did a great job there also.
We have really good walls so he won't have to do any spackeling or anything - but I will def. show you the pix on Wed.

Yea - but I did recommend him to a friend and she had lots of spackeling and stuff to be done and she was not happy with him. Maybe he is better at the straight painting. I don't know that I would have called him if my walls needed to be repaired first.

I had my living room/dining room/kitchen area painted yesterday. All this for $350. He did a great job - everything came out great!
So if anyone is looking for a good painter (like I said I don't think he does such a great job with spackling from my friends experience) - but he did a great job painting my house. I will take pics tonight and post them tomorrow.

thanks, that's good to know! We might need to hire someone to paint our house, the last time I painted, I was sore for days!

Does that include all the materials too? Or do you supply the paint and brushes?

That included everything! We used Benjamin Moore - and the kitchen color was Fernwood Green.

Thanks! I was happy with it - we thought that the colors would be a little darker in the living room/dining room area - so were a little disappointed - but that's our own fault.
