sleeping on left side?
Does any one not Sleep on their left side. I am 27 weeks and I hate sleeping on my left side is it bad to switch. My doctor said it has something to do with circulation but I am not sleeping at all.

Sleep however you're comfortable. Your body will tell you if it's not right. I sleep however I can- it's getting tough to sleep at all.

mine too. i flip all over the place all night long. I MISS SLEEPING ON MY BELLY!!!!!

I alternate throughout the night on either side. I wake up with pains in the hip I sleeping on and then flip to the other side. I also sleep with a pillow wedged under my left side so it is almost like sleeping on my back. My OBGYN said it was fine to do that

It is strange I get this feeling in my neck like the blood flow is being cut off if I am on My back or on my right side I guess I will have to suffer for a while

I flip from side to said. My doc said that it's OK to sleep on my back, if I can, though it is not ideal. Now I know why he said "if I can" because if I lay for more than 2 minutes on my back, I can't breath.

I am a roaming sleeper. I tend to sleep on both sides, but am actually more comforable on my right. Sleep however it is comforable for you. You need your sleep!
