We got another offer after we accepted one!!!
We accepted an offer last night (lower than we wanted) because we're already in contract on our new house and we needed to get moving on this. Now this morning we got another one, and it's a LOT higher. I feel so bad but I think we have to take it. I would never want this to happen to me, but we can't pass this up...
This is SO frustrating!!!!

Thanks girls! They haven't signed anything yet. My realtor is going to call the first couple and see if they'll come up...so we should know more by Monday.

Congrats on getting closer to what you anticipated. It's rough having to tell someone they may loose the house or have to pay more but it's what you need to do.

The higher offer ended up being a joke...the girl didn't even have the downpayment. And the original offer fell through. However, 2 months later we got our full asking price. Thank god it worked out!
