Food Sauce
So ever since we decided to put Martin on a little diet....he hasn't been all that happy
He doesn't really like the "new" food.
So my brillant DH saw this sauce that can be put onto the food (iams..yes we had a chat about that too...never send a man to do shopping )
When i got home DH was all elated showing me his newest find and to look at Martins dish...how he ate all his food...
YES...pretty much all of the food was eaten..
At about 7:30-8 ish....came the real SURPRISE...
MARTIN FARTING ALL NIGHT....
Mind you...martin sleeps with us everynight
OMFG.... the sauce was in the garbage
So this is just an FYI for everyone
STAY AWAY FROM THE SAUCE

really? i used to give my dog iams sauce and he NEVER had any gas issues. are you sure it's not the food?

I use a few drops of olive oil instead of those sauces that are full of chemical and unnatural stuff.
The olive oil makes his food yummy and is great for his coat and his joints.

i am sure....he has had the food for about a month now...no problems
gave him the sauce that night...OMG
He hasn't had any problem since
so for us...it was DEFINITELY the sauce

What we do sometimes is open up a can of tuna and mix some of the juices from the can into the food. It's a nice treat & did not make them gassy.

Gross! Good thing you threw it out.
Maybe you could buy one of those boxes of beef/chicken broth that is resealable and use that?
