Ovulation

I've read so many things on the internet about Ovulation that i just have a question that maybe everyone here can clarify for me. I'm suppose to be Ovulating starting this monday Aug 21st. If I DTD today & tomorrow is there a chance that i can get pregnant? I have heard that sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days - is this true or is it less? I'm so confused... Waiting to Ovulate is so frustrating... it seems like the days just drag by...

Long Answer but here goes. The internet programs really judge on a 28 day cycle unlee they had an area where you could input the length of yoru cycle. Not everyone ovulates on Day 14 of a 28 day cycle anyway. I have a 29 day cycle and I usually O on CD 16 or 17(CD 1 is the first day of your period) I have also read that sperm can live for up to 5 days but I think realistically it's more like 3. Good luck. If you think this waiting is hard wait until teh 2 weeks you have to wait to find out of you are pregnant or not!
