Yoga on the beach anyone?
It's very early...but I would love to "try" and go!!! My former yoga teacher sent it to me if anyone would like to go. It's free. And it sounds amazing. The teacher is a doll. It's real early so I can't promise I'll make it, but by all means if anyone else is an early riser:
Hello all,
I will be hosting a free yoga class Sat. July 15th at 6:15am at Sunken Meadow State Park for all those interested. There is a platform on the west end of the boardwalk where we will gather. Bring a mat, towel and water. It will be warm. Dress accordingly but modestly as there are walkers and runners at the beach even at that early time.
We will honor the rising sun with variations of sun salutations and flow through some traditional poses.
Please feel free to invite anyone you choose.
Please check your e-mail Friday night for any last minute changes due to weather.

Usually one hour and 15 minutes. Her classes are amazing, but man, that's early...I know!

I would love to go! 6:15 is early though, especially since it would take me at least 30 mins to get there. I took some classes at Planting Fields outside and it was wonderful.

I'm going to attempt it. DH plays golf every Saturday and he gets up at 5, so if he's up, maybe I can get up. My cousin is going to go...she loves to escape her 3 and 4 yr olds some mornings if her DH is home!

Me too! Actually I am in class that day but would normally get up to go!
