It's on the block that is in between the FP motel and CVS, but its further down the block. The house borders Bellerose Village.

It's on Remsen Lane, which is the block that is in between the FP motel and CVS, but its further down the block. The house borders Bellerose Village.
yep i know, just called the re agent. the house is actually gone! it is in contract. no surprise. that was a really good price!

i know about that one too- it is on the corner of rose and atlantic- it is right near the track- which if they decide to do that 3rd rail conversion, then all of those corner houses will be sold at market value, that is why all of those houses are on the market- and for cheap too.
too bad.. i feel bad for those home owners.

that is a new listing in my favorite part of town.
Good luck to everyone, that is a little bit out of our price range.. That house is worth just about what they are asking, it needs very little work
they will get 530 and better. !!!
