brown stuff (sorry)

This morning when I went to the bathroom there was a little brown stuff in my underwear. No bleeding just brown and not much. Is this ok? I'm so nerveous. I'm only 5 weeks.

This is common in the beginning of a pregnancy - since it is brown - it just means that it is old blood.

Brown is usually old blood. I wouldn't worry too much especially if you aren't in any pain. Just keep an eye on it.

I had the exact same thing and the Dr. said you may get this around when you would have gotten your period. I had it again 4 or 5 weeks later so that made sense. It was 1 "spot" (or glob actually yuck) and that was it. If it is one time and gone you are fine.

Ok thank you so much. I do have cramp too at times but I heard that is normal too. They are like a/f cramps.

Brown stuff and cramps are totally normal in early pregnancy.

Yup the af cramps are normal too. I am 12 weeks and still getting them now and then, but early on they were intense! Hard not to worry each time but it's all totally normal as things stretch out down there

Thanks so much everyone really you don't know how much you've helped me. Geez it stinks though I was looking forward to not having the cramps for 9 months and they are still here lol.
